Fitness not only strengthens our body and improves are cardiovascular system which helps us to better manage stress, it also is a tool we use to change our mood and perspective. The goal of our training is to have you feeling fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident!
We currently offer an 8-week online class package which is open to sign up right now. We also offer in person classes on request locally just drop us an email and we'll get right back to you!
We offer both HIIT and Flow 'N' Flex online classes online.
Classes run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7am. Each class is 30 minutes long and classes run during selected 8-week period. This gives the chance to really commit, stay motivated and really see how moving in the morning makes a difference to how you feel and your day as a whole. There is no forever commitment, instead a clear start and finish so you can judge the 7am club for yourself. We are all about finding ways to make you move more, to feel better and live healthier, using easy, simple and manageable techniques.
