Level 1 - Receive an online training program tailored specifically to your goals and ability every 5-6 weeks. £40 a month.
Level 2 - All of the above + weekly cheek-ins to review your progress, provide you with accountability, amend or adapt program as appropriate. £75 a month.
Level 3 - All of the above + tailored macro and nutrition program that will also be reviewed during weekly check ins. £100 a month.
All 3 tiers require a free initial consultation to really understand you, your current lifestyle and your goals. This allows us to tailor a program specifically for you that will be sustainable.

Based in Reading? Not sure how to progress your workouts?
Level 2 and 3 Qualified we run 121 or group sessions tailored to your needs, abilities, and goals. We will have you looking and feeling confident, healthy and happy!
Need some inspiration to motivate you? Want to change up your training? We offer a range of ab, booting building, tone up and HIIT style workouts that you can throw in amongst your training. We know there are days where it is a real drag to do a home workout or get to the gym! Variety is key to keeping you motivated, engaged and challenging your body in new ways!
Q: Do I need to have access to a gym to sign up to online coaching?
A: No not at all! Before we begin any online coaching we have a consultation where we get to know you, what you like, don't like, your goals, your schedule and what you have access to. We then tailor a program specifically to you!
Q: Do I have to be based in Reading to have in person PT session?
A: Most of our session are based in Reading but hit us up with what you're looking for and where you are based and we will see what we can do!
Q: How many days are included in the one off training program?
A: It varies depending on the program you choose. Some are one session, some are 3 days and some are 5. Have a look at our programs and if you have any questions shoot us a message!
Q: How many often should I use the one off plan?
A: It is completely up to you! We have designed them to give you some variety to your usual workouts or training phases.
